Envira for Lake and Wetland Liming

Envira H from SMA Mineral is a hydrated lime produced at selected facilities where we also manufacture quicklime. The product is made using quicklime as a raw material. Envira H-W from SMA Mineral is a hydrated lime produced at selected facilities where we also manufacture quicklime. The product is made using quicklime as a raw material. Envira H-W is commonly used in various types of water purification processes. It meets the Swedish National Food Agency's regulations for drinking water.

Envira S is SMA Mineral’s quicklime for flue gas cleaning. It is produced at several of our lime plants in Sweden, Norway, and Finland. Envira S is typically supplied in smaller fractions for direct use in boilers or for self-slaking. The raw material, limestone, is often sourced from one of our own limestone deposits.

Envira S-W is SMA Mineral’s quicklime for water purification. It is produced at several of our lime plants in Sweden, Norway, and Finland and is typically delivered in small fractions, sometimes in a ground form. The limestone raw material often comes from one of our own deposits near the production sites. Through selective quarrying and a strong focus on minimizing heavy metal content, the product meets the Swedish National Food Agency's regulations for drinking water.

Envira C is our limestone product, suitable for both water and flue gas purification. It is available in different chemical compositions and fractions based on specific needs, sourced from both our own quarries and trusted partners.
