Board
The board of directors holds the ultimate responsibility for SMA Minerals' strategy and organization. It is also the board's responsibility to appoint the CEO, who is responsible for leading the ongoing operations.
SMA Minerals' board includes representatives from the ownership side as well as external members who bring experience and expertise. The chairman of the board is Daniel Juvél.
